Information you provide

We may receive your name, contact details, education history, intended study destination, course interests and documents you choose to share. Do not send original identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email.

How information is used

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your target, organise the requested support and maintain service records. We do not sell enquiry information.

Campaign and form analytics

We may record a browser identifier, campaign parameters, the page path, the referring website domain, page and form events, broad country and device type to understand whether an assessment flow works. The identifier is not your name, but it may become linkable to an enquiry if you later submit contact details. Analytics do not contain transcript files or the answers typed into the assessment. Contact and education details are only sent when you explicitly submit a review request.

Who receives information

QualifyEdu is the brand operating this website and assessment. Access is limited to the service team handling your enquiry and providers needed for hosting, analytics, email and customer communications. Those providers may process information outside your country. If a paid service is proposed, the contracting and delivery entity will be identified in writing before you engage it.

Retention

Campaign analytics use a browser identifier designed to expire after 90 days. Enquiry records are kept only while needed to respond, provide an agreed service, maintain legitimate service records or meet legal obligations, and are then deleted or de-identified where practical.

Your request or complaint

To ask what enquiry information we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw contact permission or raise a privacy complaint, email contact@qualifyedu.com. We will review the request and explain if a record must be retained by law or for an active service matter.
